The history of the house is closely linked to the development of the village: shaped by alpine tradition, genuine hospitality, and a deep connection to nature.
Over generations, the building has been thoughtfully reimagined and carefully renovated without losing its character. As part of a comprehensive repositioning, Teo Ah Khing restored the house to new splendour and, with great sensitivity, led it into a new era in which its historic substance is preserved while being reinterpreted. Here, old structures meet new perspectives – a blend of past and present that can be felt throughout the entire house.
Today, the resort stands as both a place of encounter and retreat. It preserves the charm of its origins while combining it with contemporary comfort, never losing sight of the spirit of the place. In this way, The Alpina Mountain Resort remains not just a hotel, but a living piece of alpine history.
