"Mountain nature", that´s what Shan means translated from Chinese. With this term in mind, our Wellness & Spa offer is made up: Medicinal herbs from our mountain environment, massages, various saunas and baths, cosmetics and Asian health treatments.


Enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain peaks from the whirlpool with outdoor bubble loungers.


Enjoy

a Finnish Sauna, a Bio Sauna and an Infrared Sauna in the spa-area.


Eucalyptus steam clears your breathing passages. The Kneipp pool and Via Mala thunderstorm path will enliven your senses.


Treat yourself to a massage or other Asian health treatment. Individual spa programms on request.

The sauna area and the whirlpool are textile-free areas for hygiene reasons.

All guests aged 14 and over are warmly welcomed.

Finnish sauna:

Hot, dry air gets your circulation going and stimulates the blood supply to

your muscles.

Steam bath:

Eucalyptus steam benefits your respiratory system, skin and hair.

Bio-sauna:

Comforting warmth with a revitalising effect; essential herbal aromas purify your

body.

Infrared sauna:

Especially recommended for muscle spasms, joint pain, as well as general

fatigue and for those who do not tolerate intense heat and high humidity in a sauna.

Kneipp basin:

Sitting on the warm stone bench, you stimulate your circulation and arterial

blood supply by treading water in the Kneipp basin. 

It’s an ideal way of preventing varicose veins.

Via Mala thunderstorm path:

A unique shower experience, as if you were hiking along the

Via Mala in a thunderstorm.

Outdoor jacuzzi with bubble loungers:

Enjoy the wonderfully fresh Tschiertschen

mountain air while you lie in the warmth of the jacuzzi and relax on the bubble lounger. 

It’s a perfect way to unwind.

Relaxing room with refreshment beverages:

Rest periods of 20-40 minutes are recommended between sauna sessions. 

You should also drink a lot to give your body back the fluids it loses when you sweat.
