Yogacoach  Natalie Pfitzenmaier

The  Yoga classes led by Natalie Pfitzenmaier  are a mixture of creative, powerful and dynamically designed sequences that are both strengthening and relaxing. She teaches the styles of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga and skillfully combines them.    It combines all aspects of a complete practice: asana, pranayama, savasana and meditation.

In Vinyasa Yoga, movements are synchronized with breathing. A dynamic flow that challenges the body and calms the mind.

Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is primarily sought through physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.

Yin Yoga is a calm, passive style of yoga that is mostly practiced lying down and sitting.

Your education:

200h Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation  |  100h Yin Yoga each certified by the Yoga Alliance
